PREPARATION:

Cooking instructions: General

Remove all packaging baste the burgers with a little Olive Oil or Butter, and season to taste with salt and pepper if desired.

Grill: From Chilled

For best results grill on a moderate heat for 3 minutes on each side.

Shallow fry: From Chilled

Quickly flash fry the burgers approximate 2 to 3 Minutes per side in a hot frying pan. Allow to stand for 2 minutes prior to serving.
