Wagyu beef through it’s unique marbling captures the flavour of the climate it is reared in. We have created a range using Wagyu bulls from famous Japanese bloodlines crossed with iconic British beef breeds such as Aberdeen Angus, Shorthorns, Hereford & Highland cattle. This creates a more lightly marbled flavour in this burger range that has more texture due to the wagyu we work with being grassfed with lower marbling scores than fullblood Wagyu Cattle. They are however, still very soft in texture and full of that signature umami flavour!
