COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM A MICHELIN STAR JAPANESE WAGYU MASTER:
Cooking instructions: Grill
Preheat the grill to a medium heat and grill the burger for 12-18 minutes turning once halfway through.
Cooking instructions: Oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C / Fan 180°C / Gas mark 4. Cook the burgers for 18-24 minutes turning occasionally.
Cooking instructions: Frying
Cook on a low heat, half what you would fry an ordinary burger at. Let the burger slowly brown and flip until cooked through. Due to incredible marbling, more fat will come off the burger which you should use to baste it while it cooks once piping hot throughout. Remove the burger from the pan and allow it ot rest. Cooking time should be between 3-6 minutes each side.
Cooking instruction: BBQ
Cook for 4-5 minutes per side for 8-10 minutes in total.
